taya9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods available to Philippine users. Currently accepted methods include GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.
Deposits: All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. taya9 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your taya9 account dashboard. taya9 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the platform, subject to verification status and payment provider processing times.
Currency: All transactions on taya9 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). taya9 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies or any form of cryptocurrency.
taya9 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals of any kind. Credit card gambling deposits are not accepted in compliance with Philippine regulations.

taya9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of your account, any verified balance remaining in your taya9 wallet (net of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Funds associated with suspected fraud or regulatory holds may be withheld pending investigation.

taya9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, taya9 will notify registered users via the email address or mobile number on file, and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
